1. Direct Delivery

  1. A code sent to you which represented the corresponding gift card, the code can be exchanged for the actual product or service.
  2. Ordered items will be e-mailed after payment by email and displayed on the screen. The e-mail is sent when the payment is processed by the respective payment provider. Some payment methods such as bank transfers, PayPal and credit card payments, delivery may take 1-4 working days, depending on your bank and the payment option.
  3. Products (codes) are always transmitted digitally and not by post. The image of the product is shown for illustration purposes and recognizably only.
  4. If you ordered the wrong products we will search for correct and appropriate solution.
  5. Gamevouchers sends newsletters to its customers. These newsletters are informative in nature and contain valued content that is specifically aimed at the products ordered. You can unsubscribe from these newsletters via a link in the newsletter or on the website.

2. Definitions

  1. Time to reflect: The period within which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal;
  2. Consumer: the natural person not acting in the exercise of professional or business and a distance contract with the entrepreneur;

3. Applicability

  1. These terms and conditions apply to every offer of the entrepreneur and any agreement concluded at a distance between businesses and consumers.

4. The offer

5. The contract

  1. The agreement is subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, concluded at the time of the consumer accepts the offer and meet the corresponding conditions.
  2. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the trader will immediately acknowledge electronic receipt of acceptance of the offer. Until receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed by the operator, the consumer may rescind the contract.

6. Right of revocation

  1. The product or service of the entrepreneur consists of a valid digital code. If this code is valid and activated it can not be returned or revoked by the consumer.
  2. If it turns out that the code is not valid or not activated, the consumer, in consultation with the customer service of the trader will still receive a valid and activated code or, if desired, may revoke his order.

7. Costs in case of revocation

8. Exclusion Right of revocation

  2. Exclusion of the right of revocation is only possible for products:
    1. that have been created by the trader in accordance with specifications of the consumer;
    2. that are clearly personal in nature;

    4. that spoil or become obsolete;
    5. whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market on which the entrepreneur has no influence;
    6. for individual newspapers and magazines;
    7. for audio and video recordings and computer software that the consumer has broken the seal.
    8. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for services:
    9. on accommodation, transport, catering or leisure to carry on a certain date or during a specified period;
    10. the supply with the express consent of the consumer before the period has expired;
    11. on betting and lotteries.

9. The price

  1. During the period mentioned the prices of the products and / or services have not increased in the offer, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.
  2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the business products or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial market and where the entrepreneur has no control, at variable prices. These fluctuations and the fact that any price targets, are at the offer.
  3. The prices in the supply of products or services are including VAT.

10. Compliance and Warranty

  1. The entrepreneur guarantees that the products and / or services meet the contract specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and / or usability and on the date of the conclusion of the agreement existing legal provisions and / or government regulations. If agreed, the entrepreneur also ensure that the product is suitable for other than normal use.
  2. By the trader, manufacturer or importer does not affect the legal rights and claims that the consumer may invoke under the contract against the trader.

11. Delivery and implementation

  1. The trader will take the greatest possible care when receiving and implementing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services.
  2. The place of delivery address is that the consumer makes known to the company.
  3. Subject to what is stated in Article 4 of these Terms and Conditions, the Company accepted orders expeditiously within 30 days unless a longer delivery has been agreed. 13. Payment

14. Complaints

G2A Pay services provider is primarily responsible for facilitating your payment.

You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.
